STARS SECURE COVER

KING’S Lynn have moved to bolster their team in next Wednesday’s home clash with champions Swindon.

Danish trio Niels-Kristian Iversen, Thomas Jorgensen and Kasper Andersen are all required in their home country.

Thankfully club officials have worked closely with their counterparts in Scandinavia to ensure this is a rare occurrence going forward.

British GP star Craig Cook (pictured) will come in for Iversen, former Stars man Michael Palm Toft stands in for Jorgensen and in-form Ashley Morris covers for Andersen.

Tru Plant Stars boss Dale Allitt said: “As everyone knows we agreed to Monday and Thursday set race nights for the Premiership but this was changed at the AGM and we had to go with Wednesday.

“This is the only time all three guys will be missing and thanks to the co-operation of their Danish clubs disruption will be minimal from then on.

“Niels and Kasper will only miss one other scheduled King’s Lynn fixture and Thomas shouldn’t miss any others.

“In Craig, Michael and Ashley we feel we have covered the trio well.

“As an aside, it’s worth noting we should have already done seven meetings, not just two!

“We look forward to welcoming everyone to the Adrian Flux Arena to get right behind the Tru Plant Stars next Wednesday.”
